Fermented food has been in the diet of every ancient culture. Only in the last 50 years have we decreased our consumption of live, cultured foods. These fermented foods give our gut the healthy probiotics we need for optimal health!

Foods like:
Sauerkraut
Pickled veggies (cucumbers, garlic, beets, radish, etc)
Korean kimchi
Kefir (can be made from dairy or coconut milk)
Kombucha
Yogurt  (can be made from coconut, almond, cow milk, etc)
